What is our program?
The overall goal is to provide early learning experiences that assist parents in nurturing the spiritual, intellectual, physical, emotional, and social development of their young children. We believe this goal can be reached when children learn by doing - by hands-on, active experiences that are developmentally appropriate for young children. We further believe children develop best when all experiences occur in an atmosphere of Christian love, care, trust, and respect.

Specifically, this goal is accomplished by:
  • Activities that exercise children's bodies.
  • Experiences and stories that encourage children to explore God's world, to solve problems, and to express feelings.
  • A social environment that encourages children to play and talk with each other
    and with adults.
  • Teachers who recognize the individuality of each child's abilities and needs.
Who are the teachers?
The professionally trained teachers are Christian individuals who truly care about the needs of each child in the program. They have the unique ability to create an environment that is safe, encourages learning, and is fun. Our teachers have college training in early childhood education. They work under the supervision of the Director of Lambs of Faith, the Board of Christian Education and the principal of Faith Lutheran School.

What are the days and hours of operation?
Lambs of Faith Pre-K runs Monday - Friday from 8:00am to 12:00pm.

Who may enroll?
Lambs of Faith welcomes all children without reference to race, national or ethnic origin, or gender. The Pre-Kindergarten serves children ages 4 and 5 (must be 4 by September 1 of the current year).
